A Path To International Coaching Certification with ICI

ICI Fundamental Coaching Skills Certificate (non-NLP, e.g. for Havening Practitioners): sections 1-4
Full ICI Coach Certification: sections 1-7

  1. Communication Basics: 2 days: The core skills of Transforming Communication for creating cooperative relationships, and identifying when coaching is appropriate.
  2. Coaching Questions for Alignment: 2 days: Using elegant questions to help create concrete goals, overcome challenges, and align values and life purpose.
  3. Deepening Reflective Listening: 2 days: Listening to deepen understanding and support personal change.
  4. Creating a Coaching Career: 2 days: Planning your coaching path, finding clients and creating a learning system to build your expertise ethically, with supervision and self-reflection.
  5. SPRINT Coaching & Personal Strengths: 2 days: Understanding which processes will help which clients, creating rapid personal transformation, even in a single session.
  6. Resilience – Accepting and Transcending Change: 2 days: Managing traumatic responses using NLP Eye Movement therapy, and other processes for deep resilience.
  7. Coaching Training Completion Package: Mentoring with Expert ICI Coach Julia Kurusheva
  8. NLP Practitioner Certification: 18 days: The full NLP system for understanding human change, creating success and for modelling life skills.

Investments and Career Paths explained:

  • Two-day (weekend) trainings (1-6) are NZ$700 each, if purchased separately, reduced to NZ$600 for early payment.
  • NLP Practitioner training is NZ$4000, reduced to $3600 for early payment.
  • The NLP Practitioner Coach Package (Sections 1-7) is reduced to $3800 if paid in one payment. This is open only to NLP Practitioners who have completed 18 days NLP training.
  • The Fundamental Coaching Skills Package (courses 1-4) is open to people not NLP Practitioner trained and is reduced to NZ2000 if paid in one payment.
  • Packages are reduced by $500 where a section has already been completed with Transformations elsewhere (for example if someone has done Transforming Communication they do not need to attend the Communication Basics course, and their full fee for The NLP Practitioner Coach Package or the Core Coaching Skills Package would be reduced by $500)
