Begin Your Journey to Professional Recognition as a Coach

When you want to work professionally using a new therapeutic modality such as Havening Techniques® or Time Line Therapy®, where can you get the core skills to manage the interpersonal, ethical and business challenges of working with clients? How can you create a safe professional support system to allow you to ethically use your new skills? The Fundamental Coaching Certificate begins you on your path to international recognition as a coach with the International Association of Coaching Institutes and the European Coaching Association. After 4 weekends of online study, you will have an international certificate in Fundamental Coaching Skills to support your new therapeutic modality, and you will be able to register online for free with the ICI’s 13,000 members in 107 countries.

ICI Fundamental Coaching Skills Certificate: 4 Modules

  1. Communication Basics: 2 days: The core skills of Transforming Communication for creating cooperative relationships, identifying when coaching is appropriate, and managing your own relationship with clients and their significant others.
  2. Coaching Questions for Alignment: 2 days: Using elegant questions to help your clients create concrete goals, overcome challenges, and align your work with their values and life purpose.
  3. Deepening Reflective Listening: 2 days: Creating rapport, and using reflective listening to deepen understanding and support personal change.
  4. Creating a Coaching Career: 2 days: Planning your coaching path, finding clients and creating a learning system to build your expertise ethically, with supervision and self-reflection.

Investments explained:

  • Two-day (weekend) trainings (1-4) are NZ$700 each, if purchased separately, reduced to NZ$600 for early payment.
